Christmas Fair 4th December 2021

On Saturday 4th December we will hold our Christmas Fair from 1pm until 5pm.

This is a massive event for our community, and it can only happen with help from YOU! To be able to
put everything on, we will need over 200 volunteers so if you can, please sign up to an hour…or
whatever you can!
To ensure that we can have all the usual Christmas fair shenanigans in the current climate, the fair
will be spread across KS1 and KS2 and we will have as much outside as the weather allows.
For those of you who haven’t attended before, the Balfour Christmas Fair is a lovely, festive event
and includes the legendary tombola, the hilariously mean Grinch, yummy food, mulled wine, crafts,
games, stalls, raffle, a magical new look Santa’s Grotto…and lots more.
There are some stalls where kids can help so it would be great to get them involved too! Please only
sign up to a specific kids slot on the links below if your child is in year 5 or 6 and state what class
they are in after their name. A parent permission form will then be obtained. If your child is in a lower
year, they will need to be volunteering with you.
If you have any questions, are having problems using the links below, or interested in helping with
planning, please email
We are also in desperate need of a Santa, so please email if you can help!
